PMC introduces the Specialist Systems Group

To support its presentation at the forthcoming ISE show, PMC will be introducing a new, highly experienced, specialist group to service the increasing demand for large-scale home theatre installations and reference monitoring systems worldwide.

The newly formed Specialist Systems Group will focus on catering for all high-end market sectors of Custom Installation/Home Theatre, Professional Recording and Broadcast. The collective organisation has a wealth of experience and a solid track record that has been acquired from the vast array of high profile installations it has instigated worldwide. These include San Francisco Symphony, Prince, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, TSR Switzerland, Teldex Studios Berlin, Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions LA, Benjamin Zander Boston Philharmonic to name but a few.

The Special Systems Group will enhance PMC’s already considerable in-house expertise by drawing upon proven external resources to assist with acoustic room treatment, project integration and rigging. With this level of resources available, the Specialist Systems Group will provide a vital resource to support the company’s global distribution network.

The main product focus will be on PMC’s IB2, MB2 and BB5 large active systems that include ultra low distortion PMC & Bryston electronics. They will be complemented by other innovative products in the PMC range such as the wafer™ in and on-wall series, powered by the new ultra slim DS-001 power module. The facilities of the new Specialist Systems Group will be used for all high level studio or consumer/CI projects where quality is paramount and compromise is not an option.

PMC will be demonstrating the fact.3 and wafer products and displaying the new IB2-XBD Active system on Booth 44, Aisle I, Hall 11 at the ISE Show, Amsterdam, 1-3 February 2011.
