Mandeep Basra

PMC is expanding its marketing department with the appointment of Mandeep Singh Basra as marketing assistant, to enhance communications to its dealers, distributors and end-users during a time of business growth and expansion.

Mandeep joins PMC at a time when its development of new products, including the company’s first consumer integrated amplifier, is proceeding at a rapid pace. His role will be to work with the existing marketing manager and creative designer, to ensure the brand image, values and reputation of the company are upheld, while creating demand from B2B and end users.

Embracing today’s digital marketing techniques and mediums, including enhancing the already popular social media feeds, will enable the company to maintain healthy client relationships, and drive its business objectives in the UK and worldwide.

Mandeep, who holds a MSc in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire was, until recently, employed as marketing campaign executive by a multi-channel communications company, where he implemented campaigns for multi-national brands including L’Oréal, Disney-Pixar and GlaxoSmithKline.  Prior to that he worked as an Advertising Executive for one of the largest independently owned media companies in the UK.
Joining the marketing department, led by PMC’s creative director, Keith Tonge, is an opportunity that Mandeep is looking forward to, “PMC has a fantastic reputation among its customers, which is richly deserved. The company seems to pride itself on cutting its own path, not following the predictable norms and approaching things from a different angle. For a marketer, this is tremendously exciting and I am very pleased to be part of such a vibrant, fast moving and highly original company.”

Keith Tonge added, “Mandeep’s skills set, gained while working on some very big brands, will benefit PMC and our customers hugely. In competitive markets, it is the clear communications to and nurturing of relationships with business partners that are essential to success. We are extremely pleased to welcome Mandeep to the team, where his aptitudes will be put to very good use, as we enter the next phase of our growth over the coming months and years.”
