PMC enhances its marketing function with new appointment

PMC has expanded its marketing support function with the appointment of Rachel Forsyth as marketing assistant to work alongside Ash Communications in delivering the company’s ambitious marketing objectives.

Rachel will be closely involved in the company’s domestic and professional markets, supporting the busy calendar of exhibitions, including the forthcoming ISE and Bristol Sound & Vision shows, and future product introductions.

Formerly sales and marketing assistant with David Horn Communications, where she oversaw the production of product literature and promotional materials, Rachel is a BA (Hons) Graphic Design graduate from the University of Luton. In her new role at PMC, Rachel will be responsible for generating the company’s graphic design output for advertising, brochures and collateral, exhibitions and shows.

Miles Roberts, managing director said “Rachel joins the marketing department at a time when we are accelerating our communications activity to raise the profile of the PMC brand across the world. Her skills in graphic design bring a whole new function to our in-house team, enabling us to focus on generating consistent brand communications that will support all our key stakeholders and markets.”

On taking up the position, Rachel said “PMC is a very exciting opportunity for me. I was immediately struck by the strength of the brand and the obvious passion that all the staff demonstrate towards the company. I am really looking forward to getting closely involved with the marketing activities and everyone else who makes PMC what it is.” She went on to say “I have joined the business at an exciting time, with the 20th anniversary just around the corner and the recent appointment of Ash Communications to drive the marketing direction, and I know we’re going to be hitting the ground running.”
