PMC assists new talent at home-coming gig

PMC loudspeaker has recently supported talented new singer Gabz Gardiner, the Britain’s Got Talent singer, songwriter and pianist, at a concert held as a thank-you to the staff and school where she spent her formative years.

Gabz, whose first single ‘Lighters (The One)’ charted at number 6, returned home to her former school, Lodge Farm Primary, near Stevenage to perform her self-penned single to the school and invited guests. A good friend of the school contacted PMC with a request for help with a high quality sound system for the concert. Keen to help nurture new talent, PMC was quick to oblige, providing a pair of its large-scale active studio monitors, the IB2 XBD-A.

The semi-finalist of Britain’s Got Talent, Gabz amazed the judges with her song, with David Walliams saying, “Simon Cowell, get that song onto iTunes now." Cowell has backed the release of the song saying it is a “hit”. Recording took place in London with start producer Graham Stack who has previously worked with Kylie Minogue, JLS and Girls Aloud.

All at PMC wish Gabz every success with her music career and are pleased to have been associated with the event.
