Paul O'Farrell Stevens

British loudspeaker manufacturer PMC has appointed Paul O'Farrell-Stevens to the role of Communications & Artist Relations Manager. With a career that spans a decade as an in-house and freelance recording engineer, work with hi-fi manufacturers and responsibility for marketing, brand management and artist liaison programmes at a variety of pro audio manufacturers from Monster Products to Solid State Logic and The Music Group, Paul combines a wealth of past experience in PMC's most important markets with a strong musical background. His responsibilities will include working with PMC's key clients and artists and managing the company's corporate, press and social media communications, working closely with PMC's existing team of in-house and external designers and writers.

"PMC are another great British audio success story, pushing the frontiers of speaker design and creating world-class reference tools from a single factory near London," says O'Farrell-Stevens. "There's no mass production or out-sourcing of design or construction to untested facilities thousands of miles away — just solid, well-thought-out design principles executed with care and attention to detail, and their users include some of the best in the business. Why wouldn't you want to work for a company like that? I'm delighted to be involved."

"We're lucky to have found someone like Paul, who has all the key skills, experience and contacts we need in both the audiophile and pro audio markets, as well as a fine musical ear," comments PMC Managing Director Miles Roberts. "He's a perfect fit, and it's a pleasure to welcome him to our team."
