PMC expands UK distribution business and appoints Ian Sutton as UK Divisional Director

Building on the many years of success we’ve had distributing Bryston electronics, we are expanding the UK distribution business and we are very pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Sutton to the position of divisional director.
 
During the first half of 2017 we added the German high-end electronics brand, AVM, to our portfolio and announced the launch of the first PMC designed and built domestic amplifier, the cor integrated. Each of these product ranges, plus the UK loudspeaker sales, will be incorporated into the new UK distribution business.
 
Ian, who has spent the past 13 years working for Bowers & Wilkins, started in the newly created role on 3rd July and, while he will be based out of the company’s head office near Biggleswade, expect to see him out and about as he tours the country visiting our UK retailers.
 
Ian, who will bring close focus to this important area of expansion for the company will report directly to PMC’s owner and managing director, Peter Thomas, and will in turn have management responsibilities for the UK consumer sales team, comprising the well-known figures of Tom Barron, Craig Sowerby and Ian Downs in UK Professional Sales. It is expected that the division will grow in numbers as the company is appointed to distribute additional brands in the UK.
